Conference 2022

The CSRT held it’s 80th Annual Conference for 2022 on Sept 30th and Oct 1st via Zoom.

On Friday September 30th we were privileged to have Chris Steelman open our conference with an inspiring lecture on International Outreach.  ASRT’s Dan DeMaio provided a speedy summary on shielding.  Stephanie Johnston followed with a lecture on Breast Imaging.  Dr. Taylor Ward closed Friday with a lecture on Medical Professional COVID Pandemic Burnout.

Saturday began with Diane Hutton giving a very humbling lecture titled “Welcome To My Home.”  Travis Prowant  spoke next with thorough details on CQR.

During the Business Meeting the CSRT membership voted to approve updates to our Bylaws, and elected the 2022-23’ Board of Directors for the CSRT.

Dr. Beth Veale gave an afternoon lecture on Osteogenesis Imperfecta.  And Shellie Pike presented a timely lecture on MARCA and the Path for Radiologist Assistants.

Donna Crum officially installed the new Board of Directors.  Ryan Appold was installed as President, Alicia Salvatore as the Chair of the Board, Lee Page as Secretary, Diane Kosenko as Treasurer, Jay Derksen as Vice-President, and Jay Hicks as President-Elect.

We awarded Diane Hutton the Gail Pitkin Award and Robert “XRay Bob” Grossman was Awarded the John Archer Award.  Thank you Diane and Bob, for your continued service and everything you have done for the CSRT.

We also want to thank the following sponsors for their generous support for the Conference:

NOA Diagnostics, Physician One Urgent Care, University of Hartford, Prestige Medical Imaging, Supertech, Gage CE, Trinity Health New England, Burwin Institute, Trajecsys, and Concentra Urgent Care.  Without your support we could not put on our Conference.
